Alexia Khadime - Defying Gravity  |  1st October 2009

(Chloe Taylor as Glinda u/s)

This audio is the exact reason I love the London Orchestra

Just listen to those drums as Lexi rises, and the bells as she sings “Tell them how I am Defying Gravity”!

All Gina had to do was add two letters to her name lol

Just got in and still on a high from cast change. Louse was absolutely stunning. Her NOMTW was perfect and I did shed a tear as she sang her last “The wicked DIE ALONEEEEEEEEE”.

Rachel was phenomenal tonight, the best I have seen her by far. Her TWAI was brilliant with a beautiful “I’d be so happy I could melt” riff. Louise’s Popular was hillarious as usual, with an extra touch of charm on top which gave it that special performance!

Rachel’s DG, where to start. The minute the lift went up and she held an extra long “It’s meeeeeeee” I was literally on the edge of my seat. RIFF GALORE. I can’t wait to show you guys an audio (If one hasn’t already been posted). The best part of DG was definitely Rach’s last note. She pushed the broom up in the air and blew Louise a kiss to end the first act. It was beautiful - I think my friend recorded video of this so I will show you ASAP!

Her NGD was stunning as always, but what made it for me was the fact that the orchestra went all out and whoever was on the electric guitar deserves a medal because they sounded awesome!!!

Mark was stunning - his main song should have been called “Riffing through life” rather than dancing. EUGH, I don’t even know - it was just perfect.

I hope everyone that went enjoyed themselves, I know I did!

I don’t even know what possessed me to make this.
